Nairobi Nights: Where Coffee Meets Chaos
woke up to this weather today...19.53c, feels like 19.18c. perfect sweater weather if you're into that kind of thing. the air's got that humidity where you can't decide if you need a jacket or not. honestly, it's just right for wandering around with a coffee in hand. if you get bored, the coast is just a short drive away. someone told me that the local coffee shop has the best pastries, but the wifi is hit or miss. i heard that the hiking trails near the city are stunning, especially at sunrise. but don't take my word for it, check out what the locals are saying on tripadvisor. they seem to love the views but complain about the parking. someone else mentioned the nightlife here is wild, but you might need to know someone to get into the best spots. honestly, just wander down juja road and see where the vibe takes you. if you need a change of scenery, the mountains are a quick hop away. i'm just here trying to find the best spot for a sunset photo. the weather's been pretty consistent, so pack layers. oh, and if you're into street art, the gikomba area has some wild stuff. someone told me the market there is insane, but it's worth it for the experience. just watch your bag. anyway, that's my two cents. enjoy the city!
