4. AI-Generated Content

Topiclo utilizes artificial intelligence to generate and enhance content. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Blog posts and articles may be wholly or partially generated by AI systems
• AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
• AI content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
• You should independently verify any information before making decisions based on it
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• Human editors review content, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy

5. User Conduct

Users are responsible for their conduct on the Platform. You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation

6. User-Generated Content

By posting content on Topiclo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Topiclo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Topiclo name, logo, and branding
• Platform design, layout, and user interface
• AI-generated content and underlying AI systems
• Software code and algorithms
• Curated editorial content

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without explicit written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Topiclo. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by use of such third-party websites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Platform, including AI-generated content, will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPICLO AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform, including AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or transmissions
• Decisions made based on AI-generated or AI-assisted content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Topiclo and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Topiclo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements between you and Topiclo.
