Chelyabinsk: The Place Where Europe Meets Siberia (And My Feet Are Killing Me)
so i just checked the weather and it's...there right now, hope you like that kind of thing. it's a chilly -11.29°c with a feels like of -18.29°c. not exactly beach weather, but hey, i'm here. this city sits right on the border between europe and asia, which is kinda wild when you think about it. the ural mountains are basically the line in the sand here. they call it the gateway to siberia, and honestly, the view from the hills is pretty epic. i'm standing on one of those seven hills right now, looking out at the miass river snaking through the city. it's freezing, but the landscape is kinda beautiful in its starkness.
